Sophos XG Firewall

Hi,

you have installed the UTM, not the XG. You create your user licence on a seperate screen and then you install the XG. There are KBAs at there top of this forum explaining the details. The link below is from a similar thread and points at the KBA.

Hi Peter,

Just download "SW-19.5.3_MR-3-652" and received the serial number in my email address.

But I thin that this serial number will only give me the UTM version and not the XG.

No, it was rebranded. This is the XG firewall
