Licencing server - offline?

Thank you for reaching out to Sophos Community.

For the first two weeks of October, we'll be migrating data from old systems to new, and we'll have a subset of our major licensing functionality available. You'll still be able to create new trials and new monthly accounts, but license updates and activation won't be possible. All products and features will continue to work during the transition.

Thank you for the answer. I have further question about registering a new device in CM, at the moment I get rejection as unknown user which is bit of worry because I am logged in?

Tried from within CM and the answer is function offline.

• Were the error prompt before or after logging in
• If possible can you share a screenshot?

it is a home licence

the error occurred when I tried to register a new XG in the CM already logged in.

I will collect a screenshot and add it to this post shortly.

The registration will not be smooth sailing because the licence is already registered but the XG is not connected and fails with userid/password error.

I've checked with the Internal team, to isolate the issue, let us try to wait for the migration to be over. If the issue still persists after the completion of the BST, kindly reach out to us.
