Hi Adel Fouad Mohamed  I run the command in my LAB device and it works for me without error:

Please confirm there is no typo error in the command or you may copy it from the KBA shared in the thread. As in the error you shared giving a message  ( psq1 not found ), it seems you have type psq1 and not the psql as per KBA step.

Probably the question is have you ever accessed the XG from web in the past? Next have you disabled WAN access to the GUI?

And finally. this looks very like space, very little details.
