New Sophos Home License includes support for Zero-Day Protection (Sandboxing, Threat Intelligence). Cannot avail for older serial key.

I tried adding evaluation to my old license from the MySophos portal but am getting the following error:

I have the same problem and tried to log a case via Customer Care but they denied my registration (maybe because of the Home License).

Any other way to get this fixed?

Hi folks,

home licences require support from the forums, so hopefully one for the Sophos support staff will be able to answer your question.

I expect the answer will be to apply for a new licence, build a new machine and restore a backup.

Rfcat_ is right, as you’ll need to get a new license to reflect the new modules, you can then take a backup and restore.
