Several problems with HA cluster

Hi team,

I noticed a strange thing about our own XGS-HA cluster today. One device wasn't checked in in Central (status "Auxiliary device status: Couldn't get the registration details. The device is offline.") although the HA status page shows everything ist fine. I tried leaving Central with the PRI device but status doesn't change for AUX.

If I try to connect to WebAdmin to the AUX device through it's configured management IP it doesn't respond (ERR_CONNECTION_RESET). Did not try a failover until now.

Apart from that we have big problems with this specific HA cluster with every firmware update right from the start (which is because I didn't install 19.5MR3 there yet).
This is what usually happens: first device starts to update and at some time it's gone forever, AUX device in this state does NOT kick in and everything connected to the firewall goes offline.
Physical display of the appliance goes blank and it isn't responding to any button. A manual power cycle of that appliance normally fixes it but it is very annoying since I have to manually shutdown/reboot AUX, too and then turn them on one after another.  Had to drive to the office two times because of not remembering it before clicking INSTALL and setting the whole company to OFFLINE.
Since two firmware updates the RED 3.0.009 update pattern won't install ("Failed to install RED firmware"). Did manual HA failovers (that work normally), but no change.
And now the Central and AUX WebAdmin issues...
Any ideas on how to fix this absolutely unpleasing state or will my only option to do a clean install on both appliances and revert to a backup?
Since everything in our company runs through that firewall (internal stuff and external companies' Citrix hosting stuff) that is a nightwatch job I simply don't look forward to... Disappointed
