Sophos Connect OpenVPN service not available - Windows 7

Hello!

So we recently did our cut over from our old firewalls to our new Sophos firewalls.

Currently seeing an issue with a laptop that initially said "Service Unavailable" So I went into the services and saw that the Sophos Connect service wasn't enabled. 

Enabled it and now I have a new error: "OpenVPN service not available"

So I go back to services and check if any other VPN services need to be started, but it seems that they are all started up now and automatic.

Any help would be appreciated!

Here's some info that may be helpful:

Sophos Connect service vers: 2.2.90.1104

strongSwan service vers: 5.9.5

OpenVPN service vers: 2.5.6.0
