Sophos FW Remote access VPN

Hi,

I configured the SSL VPN Remote Access when inside Fire network i can Sophoss connect is working but when  outside its not.

what have o missed or i have done wrong.

If i use a phone hotspot to connect to SSL VPN will i be able to connect?

    Do these steps : 

    1.Go to Configure >> VPN >> Show VPN settings >> SSL VPN >> Override hostname, and add the Public IP of the upstream device.  

     

     

    2.Confirm if the Sophos Firewall is receiving traffic on port 8443. Use the Packet Capture on the GUI, please go to Monitor & Analyze >> Diagnostics >> Packet Capture >> Configure
