Sophos FW Remote access VPN

Question

Hi, 
 I configured the SSL VPN Remote Access when inside Fire network i can Sophoss connect is working but when outside its not. 
 what have o missed or i have done wrong. 
 
 If i use a phone hotspot to connect to SSL VPN will i be able to connect?

 Check the following guide for Sophos Firewall: SSL VPN troubleshooting tcpdump and drop packet will help to check the issue not connecting from outside, yes you can use any hotspot

Have you configured SSL Hostname override? If yes, is the configured IP/Hostname resolved on public Internet? 
 What are the last lines of your ovpn file?

Do these steps : 
 1.Go to Configure >> VPN >> Show VPN settings >> SSL VPN >> Override hostname, and add the Public IP of the upstream device .

2.Confirm if the Sophos Firewall is receiving traffic on port 8443 . Use the Packet Capture on the GUI, please go to Monitor & Analyze >> Diagnostics >> Packet Capture >> Configure
