Sophos Connec Client: Provisioning File only adds SSL VPN Profile, not IPsec Profile!

Scenario is as follows:

Sophos Firewall Version: 19.5.2, XGS 6500

Sophos Connect Client Version: 2.2.90.1104, Windows 10 22H2

Sophos Firewall is configured for SSL VPN and IPsec VPN.

User adds .pro file in Sophos Connect.

User is prompted for credentials and MFA.

Sophos Connect Client proceeds to download and connect to the SSL VPN, but the IPsec VPN configuration is never downloaded or imported.

It has been ensured that the user in question is assigned both SSL and IPsec VPN Profiles.

If I try with a user that only has IPsec Profile, the client fails with "Could not load profile" and a Windows JavaScript Error, making it impossible to interact with the profile at all.

Please advise.

Hello DuS ,

Thank you for reaching out to the community, have you share the .pro provisioning file with the user ? Or the user can also download the .ovpn file from the userportal.
And is the client windows or mac base ? For the reference click here.

Citing from the link you provided:

"When users double-click the provisioning (.pro) file, it's imported into the Sophos Connect client. Based on the .pro file settings, the client connects to the user portal and automatically imports the remote access SSL VPN (.ovpn) file corresponding to the user and the remote access IPsec (.scx) file into the Sophos Connect client."

As I have stated above it is a Windows Client.

I have gone over the Documentation multiple times now.

Provisioning works for SSL VPN, which is NOT what I want. I need it for IPsec VPN!
