XG550 BEEPS continuously

Manual indicates a Power issue, red light would illuminate below power supply.  Both power supply lights are green.  Removed one at a time and reboot, keeps beeping continuously.

    Also, Kindly include in the case the following information.

    • Short Video of the issue with the beep sound and LED status
    • Have you tried to restart the Appliance? Does the issue remain after the restart
    • Is the device newly purchased?
    • How often do you hear the beep sound?
    • Are you able to ping the FW
    • Able to SSH
    • Can you access the device on webadmin?
    • Can you ping the device when connected via ethernet cable to a system?
    • Can the internal computers access the internet?
