XG550 BEEPS continuously

Also, Kindly include in the case the following information.

• Short Video of the issue with the beep sound and LED status
• Have you tried to restart the Appliance? Does the issue remain after the restart
• Is the device newly purchased?
• How often do you hear the beep sound?
• Are you able to ping the FW
• Able to SSH
• Can you access the device on webadmin?
• Can you ping the device when connected via ethernet cable to a system?
• Can the internal computers access the internet?

XG550 is EOL Aug 30th, 2023.  LED Status on both power supplies green, restarted after startup begins to beep continuously, device operates normal,

XG 550 has a EOL of 31-MAR-2025. For the reference you may refer Retirement calendar. And has a migration path - XGS 5500. Additionally you can also refer the Sophos Firewall Sizing Tool. You can learn about the Beeps here by referring the beep codes.
