the received traffic selectors did not match: ::/0 === ::/0

I currently have multiple tunnels on a SFV4C6MSP running on a cloud VM. I use this router to connect multiple IPsec tunnels to different customers.

These tunnels are setup as tunnel interfaces. and they will work fine for weeks, or months before one day they just stop transmitting data.

The tunnels are green/green(active/connection) but they are not transmitting traffic and I get these errors in the log:

I know I have set these up correctly because we set all customers up the same way and like I said they work correctly for weeks or months before this error happens, not all at once either.

On the Client side I have:

Local ID:

10.151.21.1

Remote ID:

The public IP of the Cloud router, same as the Remote Gateway field

On the Hub side I have

Local ID:

The public IP of the Cloud router, same as the Local Gateway field

Remote ID:

10.151.21.1

Anyone have any ideas?
