We have a problem with the online recover of 2013.
I tracked the problem down to the Application filter .
We have an application filter applied to the firewall rule that allows several type of applications, including microsoft office and click2run.
Even if microsoft applications are allowed the online operation doesn't complete.
Allowing all application the issue disappear.
I looked into the log viewer for "application" but nothing is shown being "blocked".
How can I find which application should be enabled to let Office 2013 recover the installation online ?
