Physical interface Not working on XG135

LAN port 1 and the rest of the other 7 ports on xg135 not working. After turning the device on the interface ports only flicks green and yellow lights at first then go off.

I have tried the following:

1. Hard reset on the device

2. Factory reset via CLI

3. I can not access the web interface using default LAN ip for Sophos (172.16.16.16) because the inteface are down.

Also in the CLI option 1 (Network configuration) is nt accesable it gives the following error.
