SSL VPN ping devices with no gateway?

the envrioment is a production plant with different PLC's connected into the same network, everyone has a static IP address and in some of these is not possibile to configure a gateway in IP settings. So I'm unable to reach throught remote ssl vpn the one without gw configured.

You might use SNAT-Rule (or MASQ) in this case. So traffic will come from Sophos Interface IP in that network and no gateway will be needed, as devices respond to host/ip in same subnet.
