Wifi user intermediate network issue ( no internet)

Hi Everyone,

We are currently experiencing an Internet connectivity problem within our network, which appears to be an intermittent issue. 
 

Our network does not utilize a LAYER 3 switch; instead, SOPHOS functions as a Layer 3 device for the user subnets. 

 

All VLANs have been configured on SOPHOS. The users encounter random Internet connectivity problems. 

As per our investigation, it's an ARP issue, which is not updating correctly.

    If you connect any PC/Laptop directly on Sophos firewall for internet access did you find the internet getting disconnected?

    Try with below settings :

    Please set Failover Rule under Configure--->Network --->WAN Link Manager, if it is set to default gateway IP edit to 8.8.8.8
