Sophos 365 issue

Hi Team,

When a user try to connect the Sophos Connect it is prompting for a 365 password reset , Does any one knows why does it pop up 

We have sync thing between Sophos XG and 365 , The sync was done few months back and this promt started yesterday . Does some one guide me how to resolve the issue

    It is not happening for 1 user , at present all the user`s are being affected on the comapny. They do not have a local server all the stuff is cloud based( Azure portal). It started today not sure what is the casue, I can see on the Xg some alerts i am not sure if that is issue
