Sophos 365 issue

Thank you for reaching out to the community, ensure the time is correct on the machine, server and  the firewall. Restart the system ensure the windows updates are successfully installed. Inform the server administrator about the situation if any changes they made. If you have a third-party antivirus program installed, make sure that 365 does not ask you for a password with real-time protection turned off.

It is not happening for 1 user , at present all the user`s are being affected on the comapny. They do not have a local server all the stuff is cloud based( Azure portal). It started today not sure what is the casue, I can see on the Xg some alerts i am not sure if that is issue

alerts have no relevance for your reported issue.

Is there something else that i can check on the XG or on the azure portalnto resolve the issue?

Try adding one of the machine into the stateful bypass and see if still the problem persists:

Configuring the stateful inspection bypass 

1. Open the command line of Sophos Firewall.
2. Select 4. Device Console.
3. Run the command that suits your network configuration example:
   
   set advanced-firewall bypass-stateful-firewall-config add source_network 192.168.1.0 source_netmask 255.255.255.0 dest_network 192.168.100.0 dest_netmask 255.255.255.0
