Schedule Task Restart on Sophos Firewall

Are you using a Sophos Firewall Home setup or a Hardware XG/S ? If it is a hardware/device, I may recommend you to open a support ticket than opting for this method for this to be further investigated. On the other hand and for additional information, you may refer to this past community post/discussion about this topic:  is there any enthusiasm for Sophos to build a reboot scheduler?

You could do it by a SSH connection on a linux machine. 

#!/usr/bin/expect -f
spawn ssh <XG IP> -l admin
expect "password:"
send "<Admin Password>\r"
expect "Select Menu Number \\\[0-7\\\]:"
send "7\r"
expect "Shutdown(S/s) or Reboot(R/r) Device  (S/s/R/r):  No (Enter) >"
send "r\r"
expect eof
exit

I've tried that by a SSH connection on a linux machine, but the error below :

root@mailx:/tmp# ./crontab.sh
-su: ./crontab.sh: /usr/bin/expect: bad interpreter: No such file or directory

You might have to install expect first. phoenixnap.com/.../linux-expect
