Unable to acess remote site when connected via VPN

Have you tried to use any how-to videos, documentation, Sophos Assistant, or KBA to try to check the issue?

Kindly check the following.

• Run a packet capture from the source IP address(Connect Client) after the user is connected to the Connect Client and share the screenshot.
• Check if your Network is Allowed in the " permitted network resources." going to Site B
• Verify FW Rules

I have made some packet capture and here are my results

When I'm connected on the LAN, I have this ( running a ping of my remore site ( 10.40.62.1 )

When connected via VPN on my local site, I have no access to the remote site

I have tried with the sophos support but when we got it fixed ( by changing the NAT rule to MASQ ), we encountered other issues with the local site

I think I will reopne my case

Have you tried with the different machine and different user? Are all the users facing this issue or only to limited users only ?

Can you check the route with the command: route print  in command prompt where the SSL VPN is connected ?

Here is the result

Yup route is present, now on 10.40.62.1 capture the packets via wireshark, to see if the request are received from the SSL VPN subnet if yes then why the machine is not responding to the ICMP reply packets ? Check if the windows firewall is not the culprit here !
