Apologies for my mistake. My bad,  It’s still under investigation. 

Also, to verify, the case handler tried to reach you with the following contact information.

+*5 *****610 and +*5 *****028; however, the call wasn’t responded/the call didn’t connect. 

I'll contact the Case handler to update him on your recent request for an update.

I see that in case 06654054 the Access ID was shared when the case was open (the access ID is still working) however, for Case ID 06672739 no Access ID was shared, as stated by Bobby could you share the Access ID either by PM or directly in the Case so I can share it with the DEV team.
