SFOS 19.5.2 MR-2-Build624 crashing

Hi all,

Since SFOS 19.5.2 MR-2-Build624 we now have 3 customers so far, some with HA setup and others with stand alone, that the firewall suddenly stops and all the network interfaces are off.

The LCD panel on the front shows fw status, but none of the buttons work. HDD LED is never blinking at all.

When connecting console cable is just show the date and counting seconds.

All that works is to replug the power cable and the devicde comes back on.

Not very reliable I must say.

I have opened a ticket with support on two cases and are working with support on this.

Anyone else seen this?

    No sorry...

    I just counds seconds,when I plugin the console cable.

    When I press a krey it shows [enter selection] - but no matter what i type, it get's back to cound seconds.

    Do you remember what else was shown on screen on the [enter selection] screen, while the device is in this state? 

    Would you be able to enable Remote Support Access, and share with me the access ID over PM? Our engineers would like to take a look at the device.
