Register APX320 in Sophos Central

Have you tried to use any how-to videos, documentation, Sophos Assistant, or KBA to try to check the issue?

You need to remove the access point on the local Firewall and also turn off the Wireless Protection,then follow the following KB/Techvid

technically that is not required, while it may make things more simple, especially when you want no mix of local and central WiFi mgmt. Of course the APX must be "forgot" by the XG - it may remain unconfigured/pending.

you need to be sure, the APX can connect to sophos central IP.

If unsure, check the logs of the firewall and connect a notebook to a network port where you would connect an APX and see if you get IP and can resolve and connect to a whole bunch of URL. You can test this one wifi.cloud.sophos.com or wifi-cloudstation-eu-central-1.prod.hydra.sophos.com

also think of NTP and _SophosAPRegistration2713 must be allowed besides http and https.
