Hello Satya,

Hello,
Good day and thanks for reaching out to Sophos Community
In addition to what Mayur mentioned above.
If report usage is 80% to 89%, the firewall stops showing reports. If report usage is 90% or higher, the database service may be dead. A message about reaching the hard disk limit also shows in Reports > Compliance, then select Events and System events.
If the report usage is 80% or higher, go to Reports > Report settings to purge the report data manually. Check the hard disk space after a few minutes. https://support.sophos.com/support/s/article/KB-000035777?language=en_US#:~:text=Access%20your%20firewall's%20CLI%20by,network%2C%20then%20select%20Device%20Console.&text=If%20report%20usage%20is%2080,database%20service%20may%20be%20dead
Also, you can select to purge on "Custom duration" only and may not select purge all and retain the ones you still need, so all reports would not be lost.
Further, You may consider to use Sophos Central Management and Reporting as an addition or alternative to your on-box reporting.
Hope this helps. Many thanks for your time and patience and thank you for choosing Sophos
