Additional SSH users

What you can do: Use an complex password for Admin and not share it. 

Instead use a SSH Key approach. SSH Keys are logged within the system (log file directory). This means, every Admin should have an SSH Key. Then you can identify, which Admin logged in at which time.

Unfortunately, the personal administrator accounts do not even see the option to open the console. I thought the ideas portal was discontinued (Sophos Ideas Portal Retirement - Sophos Community Blog - Sophos Community - Sophos Community)?

That is not the point: Use SSH Keys for Putty etc. 
SSH Keys can only add the superadmin (admin):

Yes, the Ideas Portal is discontinued, but you can request your Account Manager/Sales Engineer/ Sales Rep to add a vote in the internal Ideas Portal for this feature.

The corresponding menu item is only displayed if you log in with the user "admin", which means that everyone now works with this user and no longer with their own user.

I didn't know we had anything like that. Another big step backwards.
