can you check the network configurations for the respective Ports, try connecting a machine directly and see if you are able to access it...Still does not help, then request you to raise a support request, and will help you to expedite the resolution just provide me the service request number !

I am connected directly and all port configurations are perfect
Is your PC in the same network as the firewall LAN and does it get an IP address from the XG or are you manually assigning?

I first noticed it connecting via the wireless access point before connecting directly to the device itself.
While testing, I tested with a server connected directly to the switch, machine connected via access point and another connected directly to the xg all gave same response.

beginning to look like a fresh install using the default settings?
Have you at any time changed the access rights to the XG?
