After i had enabled the applicance access, I still can not access it.
If i run the system appliance_access show command, it still retuns disable.
Other commands/steps in the KB were not even recognized
On the CLI, select option option 4. Device console
execute the following command :
console> system fsck-on-nextboot on
And then reboot/power cycle the appliance once again and check !!

What could be the problem?
Is it possible for the port to change?
If yes, how can I verify the port via console
Are you getting any output on the console ? are you able to get the access of the appliance via console at all ?

Yes I'm able to access it via console
can you check the network configurations for the respective Ports, try connecting a machine directly and see if you are able to access it...Still does not help, then request you to raise a support request, and will help you to expedite the resolution just provide me the service request number !
