thanks for the response, section 1 of my orginal post, I said we already have that multicast traffic over IPSEC between our corp and remote network. which is exactly is what is described on your link https://support.sophos.com/support/s/article/KB-000038580?language=en_US..

the second item on my post says we now have a requirement for remote users that connect to our COPR sophos firewall via SSL VPN that needs to also needs to communicate via multicast to the remote network also. which we solved the unicast part of communicating to the remote network with the SSL VPN then thru the ipsec tunnel using the guide https://support.sophos.com/support/s/article/KB-000037043?language=en_US#:~:text=The%20following%20are%20the%20required%20configurations%20on%20the,remote%20network%20in%20Permitted%20network%20resources.%20Click%20Apply.

So, the KBA you mentioned helps configure SSL VPN traffic over an existing IPsec tunnel, and KBA I mentioned shows how to forward multicast traffic over an IPsec VPN connection, so now with the second KBA we already how to send the multicast traffic over IPsec S2S with the first KBA may be we can, I have never come across in such scenario but I am skeptical if it will work !

Hi Vivek thank you for responding, the document link you have provided is what we currently have between our main office and remote office which has S2S aka L2L Lan 2 Lan VPN.

You say it would be difficult for SSL VPN, are you saying its still possible just difficult?

But difficult in regards to SSL VPN !
