whenever i open a rule

the application filter stuck on loading

i restarted it but seems weired to me.. any fix?\

Hi,

which version of firmware and hardware are you using? Looks like you might have a corrupt file and might need a fresh installation and restore.

Hi,

yes, you can do full backup and restore. There is a menu item in the gui for setting up and saving backups.
