Firewall Rules And Policies

Question

For user based firewall rules, how to match users - that is add users to authenticate in a database? 
 I added an "any" "any" rule to allow all traffic to pass through, but it does not work, any possible reason why? 
 Does sophios have any cli interface to check interface configuration, routing table, etc?

 1. yes. check authentication/server. .. But local users are possible too:

 2. enable logging and check log-viewer ... post the rule if unsuccessful
