XG Firewall backup import to new system with new nvme disk

I am rebuilding my SFOS XG FW Home system using SW-19.5.1_MR-1-278.iso replacing the current spinning SATA disk with an NVME drive since people have reported this option is doable. Current system with spinning drive is on same rev firmware.

Can I import the backup file from my current setup ( same hardware except disks ) and import into the new nvme disk system ?
