Download SSL VPN client for users on radius server.

Question

Hi all: 
 I have a problem connecting the SSL VPN client. The users are on a radius server, when I access the user portal with the username and password created on the radius server is validated correctly but I do not have the option to download the VPN client, these are the options I see:

However when I use a local user I don't have any problems: 
 
 Does anyone have a solution?

Hello Luis Val Arribas , I would request you to upgrade the firmware as (SFOS 18.5.3 MR-3-Build408) is declared the EoL - 07-DEC-2022. Please refer the retirement calendar here . The screenshot you shared is on user portal , the option I informed you to navigate will be available on web-admin .
