I have two Domain controlers and on both installed STAS for twho Sophos XG HW appliance in HA active-pasive. After upgrade from 18.5.4 to 19.5.1 i have problem evaluating user rules. After upgrade i reinstall STAS to newwr vrsion on both DCs. I need reeneter AD name and apply changes to working STAS agent state. In STAS on both DCs loged users are collecting and on Sophos XG i see this users in Live Users. Only some users are evaulating with User rules and most other users are not evaluating with user rules. I create additional rules for IP subnet and in real for most Live users skip user rule and connection is allowed next with subnet IP rule. Users have record in authentication log, they shown in Current activities - Live users, in Authentication- Users are too with correct Group which is used in User rule. I dont know what to do with this more.
