Unable to download ISO for Sophos Firewall Home Edition

Hello,

I've been trying to download Sophos Firewall Home Edition many times with no luck.

Every time I try to download, I receive the serial number in my email. But when trying to download the ISO I get an error like Blocked.

I just want to download the ISO so I can install it on a computer for home use.

    Hi,

    there is no Sophos home XG software, it is the same software you use when building a business XG with your own hardware. The licence is what determines business or home use.

    Blocked is not a Sophos issue but the antivirus software on your pc blocking executable files.

    Hi,

    I use Sophos home free as my antivirus, disabled the protection and tried (same result). I want to install Sophos Firewall on an old PC of mine in or VM, so I need the ISO.

    Which Sophos home are you using as your anti-virus, I have both the XG and the Sophos home anti-virus installed on some of my devices.

    What does the blocked message show?
