Is possible to connect a PC from one branch office to a NAS from other branch office through the head office RED tunnel ?

Have you tried to use any how-to videos, documentation, Sophos Assistant, or KBA to try to check the issue?

Have you allowed the PC to access all sites on FW Policy?

• Source Site going to Destination Site.
• Head Office going to and from both Branch sites
• Destination site to source branch site

Yes, I looked in the manual and i didn't found the topic about that.

Yes, I allowed the PC access like you write that and still no ping or something.

Maybe is the problem in routing.

Hey Sophos Admin42 , check if the traffic is flowing from the correct rule id [RED to LAN OR LAN to RED] if with the Red interfaces you have defined a RED zone if not then you might have used it as a LAN to LAN - the following packet capture utility might be able to help in narrow downing the current situation  -  Monitor traffic using Packet Capture Utility : https://support.sophos.com/support/s/article/KB-000035761?language=en_US
