SSL VPN to Sophos Connect Migration Anomalies; Some Resources Now Unavailable

Hi Sophos Community,

We've switched from using the SSL VPN client to Sophos Connect. All configurations used for SSL VPN via the old client are now used with Sophos Connect.

For the most part everything has gone smoothly, only now some actions performed on third-party softwars on servers accessible over the VPN are now no longer working. These actions would be typically the querying of SQL tables, other database work on specialist software. This has previously worked on the SSL VPN, but now that users are on the Connect client, with no back-end/XG Firewall changes made, now no longer do. An error will appear akin to, "This resource is unavailable", however no such error occurs when using the SSL VPN client despite the configuration and associated Firewall rules being the same.

Are there any configuration changes that are mandatory when switching users over from the old SSL VPN client to Sophos Connect? We are hesitant to start modifying the VPN setup when the 'old' client still works without issue.
