are you using ssl/tls rules, if so do you have an exception for teams?

we are using the XGS2100 (SFOS 19.0.1 MR-1-Build365).

i think no we didn't use it the only rules which i have seen are traffic rules, which allow the some services :DNS-HTTP-HTTPS-IMAP-IMAPS-NTP-PING-POP§-POP3S-SMTP-SMTP[S]-Whatsapp

Hi, you will need to check the XG web - exceptions to see if the ms exception list is enabled, if not please enable it.

and do you know which ports  uses Teams calendar or services

as you can see i have the same exceptions

the second one is not active and you do not have all the exceptions similar to what I posted.

i just have create a new exception and added the missing Urls
