Sophos license partners in Nigeria, firmware update issues

For #2 - What specific Sophos solution are you trying to upgrade? and please mention from what version you are coming from and going to what version.

The specific Sophos version currently in use is :SOPHOS XG210 SFOS i would like to upgrade from firmware 17.5.15 MR-15 to HW-19.0.1_MR-1.SF300-365. Please, kindly note that i'm unable to download, install and boot the image although the system indicate that the changes have been applied while this is not the case. I look forward to your response.

Prior Upgrading always check Release notes, Upgrade information, KILs etc here: https://docs.sophos.com/releasenotes/index.html?productGroupID=nsg&productID=xg&versionID=18.5

Thank you for your prompt support Rafael, i have two more question/clarifications to make. can i buy my license renewal directly from sophos? Secondly  which specific SSL Certificate for Active directory authentication can i use? can you recommend any link i can buy the certificate? attached is the screenshot of the SSL from the dashboard for further clarifications

For your item#1: You should reach out to Sophos sales and they would be assigning you a local partner or if you have a preferred partner, you could procure licensing needs for your desired Sophos Solutions with them. It's unlikely that you can directly purchase this with Sophos, I strongly recommend you to speak with a Sales Rep on your region for this instead and be guided accordingly.

For #2: Kindly create a another separate post so it can be viewed also by other users and be answered and tagged accordingly.
