    Hallo Niklas,

    ich hab keine Ahnung, was im Case steht, oder ob das Problem gelöst ist...

    Aber der Partner, bei welchem das Gerät gekauft wurde, sollte mittels Sophos-Case den reset-code zurücksetzen lassen können.

    Das war wiederholt nicht ganz einfach (der Support wollte unter anderem remote-Zugriff auf das RED) ... hat mit etwas Mühe und viel Reden aber immer geklappt.
