allow url access with port 8080

Hi,

create a rule for that user to access that website using that port, that is how I have managed access the speed test site.

If the server is hosted on Internet, you may create the firewall rule with the help of below KBA. If you only wish to allow port 8080. You may create the custom service from System -> Hosts and Services -> Services.

I don't know what i will check !? , i just create the rule witch matching the user (on top), initially with web policy allow all, and create the custom service from System -> Hosts and Services -> Services

But still no access

I know firewall block this, because i tested the url without it, using my phone

with policy check, the traffic is allowed, and the url is in information technology category, but no results

please post a copy of your firewall rule and the service definition you created for the rule.

Sorry, for the delay

It's old discussion , but i need to share feedback with public

as a matter of fact,  there is nat rule but its original services is not "any", there are selected port

so i just add port 8080 in original services on snat rule, and then it work
