Good day 
 We have a SSL VPN, and users can't connect from Sophos client 
 We are having problems with users connecting remotely using SSL VPN connect client, showing the below errors

 Please disable the NAT rule with id 8.

 8443TCP port is getting failed by your ISP router or with the DNAT rule with any service allowed by mistake or conflicting with other hosts using the same port. 
 Please run and share the output of the below command on SSH with option 4: 
 console>tcpdump 'port 8443 
 console>tcpdump ' host <Public Static IP> and port 8443 
 console>dr 'port 8443
