Please share packet flow for destination IP from each site under MONITOR & ANALYZE-->Diagnostics-->Packet Capture Click on configure Enter BPF string host <destination IP >and proto ICMP 

From SSH : 

console>tcpdump 'host <destination IP> and proto ICMP

console>dr 'host <destination IP> and proto ICMP
