XGS4500s Hang on Restart

I have two 4500s. Whenever a reboot/restart is performed they both hang. We find the device with a blank LCD screen, We have to manually power them down and then back on. A recent example was the firmware update from SFOS 19.0.0 GA-Build317 to SFOS 19.0.1 MR-1-Build365. On both appliances the firmware upgrade required a reboot, on both it didn't comeback on it's own.

This also happens by using the restart from the GUI.

Do you have a "GPLD Update" required in the Webadmin under Alerts? Could you unplug the firewall from the power and wait for 10 sec. Then try again.

There is not a GPLD Update on either appliance. We tested the second unit and it will reboot. I cannot take the main one down at this time to test the unplug idea. We will have to remember to do that the next time it needs maint.
