Ethernet card test XGS

Hello everyone here

i check documents and dont found how to do this.

I tried to did Ethernet card test XGS but i found this article https://support.sophos.com/support/s/article/KB-000036345?language=en_US&c__displayLanguage=en_US and saw dont work by XGS so my questions its how to did this test on XGS?

Are you getting SFLoader followed by Troubleshoot-> Ethernet Card Test ? Please share the snapshot on putty application settings and the status of the steps done as per the link

yes i tried but you saw the questions i put a link that link say dont found on xgs that function by that reason i did this questions,tried to found other solutions

Please share the snapshot for the baud rate you have set on putty application.

Below setting you can try on putty application :

Console connection parameters: • baud rate or speed: 38,400 • Data bits: 8 • Stop Bits: 1 • Parity and Flow Control: None or 0
