Should it be possible to reach devices within a wireless separate zone network

Hi all,
I have to move some devices to a "separate zone" wireless-network. (separating by VLAN is not possible here)
The devices are able to reach everything ... but I am unable to reach the devices (ping, ssh, ...)

Am I doing something wrong, or is it "by design"?  Does anyone use it this way?
Unfortunately, I can't find anything about it ... and I think it was still possible with the SG.
The firewall didn't log anything...
