Dynamic IP List Object

Question

Hi, 
 In SOPHOS can we create dynamic IP list object? 
 
 Say we have one webserver and we want to block some IP list to access the webserver. and the IP list dynamically change. we update it time to time. For one firewall its easy to manually update but for 100 of firewall, its time consuming. So is there any way to make one ip list text or html file in webserver and locate that file as object in firewall policy. We can update the file list manually and it will be implemented in all firewalls.
