I lose internet connection when using Sophos Connect

Hi, Hope you are well.

I have about 7 users that are using Sophos connect and only one of the loses internet connectivity immediately after connecting to the VPN.

Please assist.

    I think so, too.
    Try using a cabled connection
    (because:
    2022-08-04 08:05:49PM 27[KNL] interface 17 'Intel(R) Wireless-AC 9462' changed state from Up to Down
    2022-08-04 08:05:49PM 28[KNL] 192.168.0.115 disappeared from interface 17 'Intel(R) Wireless-AC 9462'

    You can test this theory by downloading another (working) VPN user's configuration to this environment and see if that also fails.
