Too many inbound emails blocked by RBL check

Hello Community,
in the meantime, we are receiving more and more complaints from our customers that too many emails are no longer arriving.
I have noticed that many previously problem-free and unblocked emails are blocked by RBLs.
After I removed the RBLs, all "correct" emails come through again.
This problem first occurred about four weeks ago.
I am wondering why the RBLs are suddenly sporadically rejecting emails that have been coming through flawlessly for years.
Has anyone else here encountered such a problem?

Concerns various SOPHSO XG and XGS models.

  • I Experienced the same issue.
    I created the following workarround (with minimal impact on functionallity)

    By default there are two RBL adress groups:

    Standard RBL Services
    - dnsbl-1.uceprotect.net
    - b.barracudacentral.org

    Premium RBL Services
    - bl.spamcop.net
    - zen.spamhaus.org

    I created four new address groups, onefor each entry. I then discovered that it was zen.spamhaus.org that was causing the problems. Removing this one RBL left me with a working mail solution.

    After upgrading to 19.5 EAP1 i added the zen.spamhaus.org adress group, am still testing but i don't seem to be missing any mail.
