Updating XG310 running 17.5 MR15

I have a XG310 that is still running on 17.5. I attempted numerous times to upgrade to v18.5, however it seems like this device was impacted by the NC-61506 bug which would cause all upgrades to fail. I could do a factory reset and upgrade to v18 without issue, but manually rebuilding the old configuration wasn't really something I had time for.

I'm aware that 17.5 is EoL, so I am looking to upgrade to either v18.5 or v19 but curious if this bug has been resolved at any point or if I should just plan on downtime to manually reconfigure the device to it's current working state.

I also see that there is an update to 17.5 MR16, however with 17.5 being EoL it doesn't appear that I can download this update anymore.

Thank you for reaching out to the community, for the mentioned Bug: NC-61506 the Affected version was SF 17.5 MR12 (17.5.12.664) [Components Firmware Management] and similar Bug: NC-70753 the Affected version was SF 17.5 MR15 (17.5.15.746) [Bali] - [Components Hardware].

Thank you for the firmware links. I see that there are both "HW-17.5.17_MR-17.SF300-837.gpg" and "HW-17.5.16_MR-16.SF300-830.gpg" that would appear to be compatible with my XG310. However, this KB seems to indicate that 17.5 MR17 was only for XG85 and 105: https://community.sophos.com/sophos-xg-firewall/b/blog/posts/xg-firewall-v17-5-mr17-released

Is there any more information about NC-70753? Is it a hardware fault since it is listed as "Components Hardware"? This XG310 is a rev 1 and I have a newer XG210 rev 3 that it could be replaced with if necessary.

In the scenario NC-70753, hardware was processed for RMA !!
