XG Home unresponsive few minutes after booting

Version: Sophos Firmware Version SFOS 18.5.3 MR-3-Build408

Device: Qotom Mini PC Q190G4U-S02 Intel Celeron J1900 Processor, Quad core 2.0 GHz, 8GB RAM 128GB SSD WiFi, Fanless Mini PC 4 LAN

Issue: After installing system doesnt reboot after pressing "y" then enter. I forced shutdown by pressing power button. The system booted up fine with no issues. I was able to make selections from the console main menu for a few minutes then it stopped responding. Cursor still blinking but it wont respond to anything I type. I have done the install multiple times. I have Legacy selected in BIOS.
