XG 125 firewall stuck at "Updating firmware"

Question

Purchased 2 new XG 125. During the initial setup, I checked " Download Latest Firmware ". Now for the last 3 hours, one of them has been stuck at Updating firmware. 
 Any work arounds?

Hi Paul, 
 Kindly check whether you can access the firewall through the console cable. If yes, then please type RESET while asking for Password. Do the factory reset by pressing option 3. Once reset happened, kindly deselect the mandatory firmware update in the initial setup. This option worked well for me.
